We have carefully analyzed the infusion time to find exactly when our Hemp Tea ritual unfolds its diverse effects. Depending on the infusion time, the tea has an activating and invigorating effect (5 minutes) or a calming and sleep-promoting effect (15 minutes).
• For a morning ritual, add two teaspoons (about 1.2g) of tea to 200ml of boiling water and let it infuse for 5 minutes, covered.
• For an evening ritual, use three teaspoons (about 2g) and infuse for 15 minutes in 200ml of boiling water, also covered.
