There are many ways in which we can have imbalance in our lives: too much work, too little exercise and recreation, too much screen time, not enough sleep and relaxation... all of these things can affect our mental and physical health.
We want to use our platform to educate and inspire people on the importance of re-gaining balance in our everyday lives, through a series of digital content with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of mental health.
